His present field of research is to measure the natural radioactivity in the environment. He has an expertise in using Solid State Nuclear Track Detectors, Grab Sampling Technique for the assessment of radon level in the aerosols and assessment of average annual dose for the health risk assessments using Gamma Ray Spectrometry.
